General Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- NON Custom-Made ONLY
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated with product purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Personal Care Items: Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Software Products
- Sale or Clearance Items: Unless they are defective or damaged.
- Custom Designed or Custom-Made Items: Unless they are defective or damaged
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@dannisden.com to initiate a return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside. Send it to the address provided by our team.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping Returns
- Return Address: Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address.
- Packaging: Please use the original packaging if possible and ensure the item is securely packaged.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

International Returns

Custom Design & Custom Printed Items
Custom Products Include:
- Items with personalized designs or text (e.g., names, logos, custom graphics).
- Custom-printed products created based on your specifications.
Custom Design Refund Policy:
- Non-refundable: Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, these items cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Cancellations: Custom orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.
Revisions and Corrections:
- If the final product differs significantly from the approved design proof, we will provide a replacement or correction at no additional charge.
- Minor discrepancies due to printing or manufacturing limitations are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
